Windy N Custom Butcher is a full-service butcher shop offering custom USDA, WSDA and game processing for ranchers and hunters in Washington state. Our fully stocked butcher shop is well-equipped to provide you and your customers with an excellent selection of roasts, cuts, brined and smoked meats, sausages and other value-added items.
We've been raising our own livestock on our ranch in Ellensburg, WA and selling our products direct-to-consumer since 2005, so we understand the need for quality cuts, durable wrapping and attractive presentation. Our goal is to help you get your customers the meats they want so they keep coming back for more!
Pricing
Prices include 5 mm Cryovac packaging, transport boxes and waste removal.
