Personalized Service

We are always available to answer questions, educate new customers on cuts and work with you to provide your customers with quality custom meats they’ll keep coming back for.

Dry Aging/Hanging Room

We dry age beef for a minimum of 2 weeks - longer if space is available - in our climate controlled hanging room to bring out the best flavor and tenderness of your meats.

Freezer Storage

Meats are frozen to a solid minus 20 degrees in our large capacity freezer in preparation for pick up.

Cryovac Packaging

Our durable 5 MM Cryovac packaging is the thickest on the market for optimal long-term freezer storage.

Value-Added Products
